For one longstanding framexpress customer, Optima made the perfect choice on a window renovation project in North Wales. Casement windows and French doors in white Optima S were key to creating a stylish new look that offered the best in thermal performance.
This complete refurbishment project was one of the first Optima projects to be installed in Wales for the leading window, door and conservatory fabricator, with a variety of window styles and doors supplied.
After discussion with Sales Manager, Karen Gardner at the FIT Show earlier this year, it was considered the most suitable product in the range that would provide improved performance at the property, whilst still complementing its existing style.
Karen Gardner comments, “Style, strength and security are the three elements most homeowners are looking for when upgrading their properties. The framexpress range is diverse and now with the introduction of Optima, it provides customers with one of the most thermally efficient profiles on the market today.”
The accreditations and product guarantees in relation to insulation, sound proofing and security are advantages that inspire consumer investment for frameXpress customers.
After substantial investments in modern manufacturing methods the company offers excellent industry accredited standards across a broad portfolio of pvc-u and aluminium products as well as a number of roofing and composite door options.
Both domestic and commercial divisions at frameXpress have seen steady growth over recent years with comprehensive customer support packages available that will create advantages in a market that is still fiercely competitive.
Karen concludes, “Customers tell us that aesthetics and performance are the key to making sales and since the launch of Optima we are seeing tremendous results and a great uptake in the new product.
We have a wide range of premium designs available with bespoke solutions always an option”
