Recently we worked with The Consultancy in the development of our new website as part of a growth campaign for the business.  The digital specialist has worked with us and helped us to launch our mobile responsive website, as well as the online product catalogue, trade portal and online ordering system.

The upgrade has proved a very encouraging development for us as we find more people are engaging with the modern, interactive facilities available through our new website. Helen Duval, our Head of Marketing, has been delighted with the positive response to date. She knew the change was essential so that we could move the corporate marketing strategy further forward.

Helen comments: “Initially, I inherited the website that The Consultancy had originally created for Frame Xpress.

“In my role, I knew that further online development was vital in order to meet the demands of customers and prospective customers, who now use the Internet as their main source of information.

“It is this development that people now are not so much grasping but expecting in business. The internet is an enormous arena and it needs skilled people who can help you to steer through a potentially technical minefield, so that you can achieve a slick, professional and creative impact.”

With this in mind Helen approached The Consultancy team again, providing them with a detailed brief for the company’s online direction.

Helen continued: “The initial website worked well but it could do more – online marketing has to be fed and watered if you like, especially via links to the very active social media stream.

“This was a major development step for the company and now it has the capacity to give us a greater and faster reach, 24/7. It ensures we are in communication with our existing customers as well as potential ones.

“Working with The Consultancy was a really good experience, as they simply grasped the direction of where we needed to head and how to achieve both our current and future goals.

“We have developed a good working relationship with the team, which enables us to build our online presence with confidence and push our corporate profile even further.“

Frame Xpress is the latest company to join The Consultancy’s #InvestOnline campaign and talk about the benefits of online development.
