Leading trade uPVC fabricator, Framexpress, has supplied and installed over 500 of its windows and doors as part of the development of 52 new homes in Baschurch, Shropshire.
With a 25 year track record of delivering high specification products, the commercial division of Framexpress, who specialise in new build housing projects, was chosen as the uPVC window contractor to successfully secure the window and door package for Pickstock Homes. Each of the 52 homes – which include two to four bedroom semi-detached and detached properties – was built with a combination of running brick bonds, brick arches, slate tiles and partial rendering, blending traditional elements with contemporary design.
Perfectly aligned with the sleek and modern finish, Framexpress supplied its Optima Chamfered Casement Windows and Doors, Composite Doors and Slimline Aluminium Bifold Doors to the development project in Baschurch, with all units fitted with double glazing.
All frames were fitted with a variation of external Anthracite Grey or Cream and White internal colour, offering an elegant finish that compliments the exposed brick homes. All windows and doors also meet the high specification needs of new build regulations, including PAS24 and Secured by Design accreditations, while its Composite Doors also delivered a real-look foiled woodgrain finish and Ingenious Duplex multi-point lock and 3* APECS AP cylinder as standard.
The Slimline Aluminium Bifold Doors fitted benefitted from a multi-point locking system, easy glide rollers for a smooth and lightweight operation, and the addition of Hoppe Atlanta lever door handles. The powder coated RAL colours for each uPVC windows and doors were also matched to the plot types, ensuring the entire glazing solution matched throughout the property.
